Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 June 2026

TryOnAi (“we”, “us”, “our”) lets you virtually try on makeup, hairstyles, and hair colors using AI. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. By using TryOnAi, you agree to this policy.

This service is for users 18 years or older.

1. What we collect

  • Account details: your name and email address when you sign up. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
  • Password: if you sign up with email, your password is stored in a securely hashed form (we never see or store your actual password).
  • Photos you upload: the photo you upload to try on makeup, hairstyles, or hair colors.
  • Generated images: the try-on result images the AI creates from your photo.
  • Payment information: when you buy credits, payment is processed by our payment partners (Razorpay and PayPal). We do not store your full card or bank details — our payment partners handle that securely.
  • Basic usage records: timestamps of key actions (account created, consent given, login, each generation, and deletion) for security and to operate the service.

We only collect what is needed to run the service.

2. How we use your data

  • To create your virtual try-on images.
  • To manage your account, credits, and logins.
  • To process payments for credits.
  • To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your photos to train AI models.

3. How your photos are handled

  • Your uploaded photo and generated results are used only to provide your try-on.
  • To create the try-on, your photo is sent to our AI providers (see “Third parties” below) solely to generate your result.
  • Uploaded photos and generated images are automatically deleted from our servers after 48 hours. Please download any result you want to keep.

4. Third parties we use

We share the minimum data needed with trusted providers:

  • fal.ai — runs the AI image model that creates your try-on (receives your photo to generate the result).
  • Google Gemini — checks requests for safety before generation.
  • Google — for “Sign in with Google” (if you choose it).
  • Razorpay and PayPal — to process payments securely.
  • Cloudflare — to protect the site from bots and abuse.

These providers process data under their own privacy and security terms.

5. Your rights

You can:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct your account details.
  • Delete your account and data — use the “Delete my account and data” button in your account settings. This permanently removes your account, uploaded photos, generated images, and personal data.
  • Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.

If you are in India, you have these rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2025 (DPDP). If you are in the EU/UK, you have similar rights under GDPR.

To make any request, contact us at the email below.

6. Consent

When you sign up, we ask for your clear consent to process your photos and account data to provide the service. You can withdraw this consent at any time by deleting your account.

7. Data security

We protect your data with industry-standard measures, including hashed passwords, encrypted connections, rate limiting, and access controls. No system is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

8. Children

TryOnAi is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has used the service, contact us and we will delete the data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with an updated date.
